Most people have never actually been measured. They have a bathroom scale, a vague memory of a stress test, and a watch that guesses. The Baseline Assessment replaces that with real numbers, the same battery we use to build every A3 client's program.

Then, a few days later, we give you what a testing lab doesn't: a written Results Review (your raw data plus a full report), walked through one-on-one. Not just every number, but what they actually mean. Where each result puts you against others your age. Your best next steps for each test — and the three to five changes, across all of them, that would move the needle fastest for you.

The assessment is normally $950.

This September, we open Reboot, our private performance lab at 515 Madison. Between now and the end of the year, we're assembling the Founding 100: the first hundred New Yorkers through the full A3 baseline battery. Their anonymized, aggregated results will become benchmark data we publish and build on.

If you're accepted as a Founding 100 candidate, we waive the assessment fee entirely. All seven tests. The full written Results Review. No charge, and no obligation past the ninety minutes.

Why are we doing that? Simple: some percentage of the people who see their numbers decide they want our help changing them. Enough do that we can afford to test everyone who's a genuine fit. If you'd rather just take the data and go, you leave with our respect.

How it works

  1. Apply. Two minutes, below. Tell us who you are and what you're after.

  2. We confirm. We test a limited number of candidates each week; if you're a fit, you'll get booking access within a day or two.

  3. Get tested. Ninety minutes at 515 Madison. Come rested, leave measured.

  4. Results Review. A few days later: your written report, plus a one-on-one walkthrough of what it all means and what to do about it.
