What’s the difference between Outperform and Reboot?
Outperform is our personalized coaching program — the foundation of everything we do. It starts with deep biometrics, uses proprietary AI to design a program across training, nutrition, supplementation, and recovery, and pairs you with an expert coach for ongoing implementation and adaptation.
Reboot is our private, appointment-only gym in NYC where you work 1‑on‑1 with coaches to execute your personalized program. Most Reboot members also do Outperform, and the two are designed to work together for maximum results.
Do I have to live in NYC to work with A3?
No. Outperform coaching is available anywhere. You’ll complete testing either in our NYC facility or with partner labs near you, then work with your coach virtually. Reboot sessions are NYC‑only.
Can I start with Reboot without doing Outperform?
In most cases, we recommend starting with Outperform. This ensures every workout at Reboot is tailored to your exact needs and goals.
What does the free Health & Performance Assessment include?

I’m not in great shape — will this still work for me?
Absolutely. Every program is built to match your current ability level, then progresses at the pace that’s right for you.
Do you work with people who have injuries or medical conditions?
Yes — as long as it’s safe for you to exercise. We regularly collaborate with doctors and physical therapists to integrate medical considerations into your plan.
What’s the time commitment each week?
Most clients train 2–4 times per week, with additional time for recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. Your coach will design a plan that fits your schedule.
What makes A3 different from other gyms or trainers?
We combine deep biometrics, proprietary AI, and expert coaching into a single, integrated system. That means no guesswork, faster progress, and measurable results.
How much does it cost?
Programs vary depending on the level of coaching and whether you train at Reboot. We’ll review your options during your free assessment.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule sessions with 24 hours’ notice. Coaching programs can be paused or adjusted if needed.
When is Reboot open?
Appointments are available Monday–Saturday, typically from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Do you take insurance or HSA/FSA payments?
We don’t bill insurance directly, but many clients use HSA/FSA funds for eligible testing services.
Do you provide nutrition guidance?
Yes — nutrition strategy is a core part of Outperform, tailored to your biomarkers and goals.
Do you offer remote coaching if I travel?
Yes. Outperform continues wherever you are, with program adjustments and video check‑ins.
Can I bring a training partner or family member?
We offer partner training options at Reboot, provided both people have gone through an initial assessment.
